In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended) and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

• You can also send the declaration by email or registered mail to the contact details provided in the Store Regulations.
• The goods must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the declaration.
• The refund of purchase costs will be made within 14 days from the day of receiving the declaration, subject to the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received.
• The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the seller has agreed to bear them.
