Order processing time

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order with a link to click. After receiving order acceptance, we begin processing it, and you will be kept informed of our progress.

Package receipt time = shipping time + delivery time

Shipping time results from product availability and the chosen payment method, while delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.

Product availability

For each product, a timeframe is given, indicating when the products can be shipped by us – from 24 hours to several, sometimes even more than ten days (for hard-to-find products). We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to actual stock levels, but it may happen that the actual delivery time is extended – we will inform you immediately.

If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. You can fulfill the order in stages – to do this, contact us or add an appropriate note in the order comments.

Payment method

Electronic payment – the most convenient and very fast way to process an order. During business hours, funds are usually transferred to our account immediately.

Bank transfer payment – the order processing time depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, this usually takes up to two business days.

Cash on delivery – the fastest payment method, allowing immediate order fulfillment. Please remember that it also involves additional delivery costs.

Delivery method

DPD or InPost courier company usually delivers the order within 1 business day from dispatch.

For delivery via InPost Parcel Lockers, order delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. Shipments are placed in the chosen Parcel Locker, where self-pickup is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
